En réfléchissant au concept de dock et en faisant quelques recherches récemment, j’en suis arrivé aux mêmes conclusions que John Siracusa et Thom Holwerda par rapport à la position du dock: c’est idiot d’avoir un dock qui est centré en plein milieu de l’écran, parce que la position de ses items varie donc en permanence.

S3phy avait entièrement raison lorsqu’il m’affirmait que Loveless, c’est génial, et que fallait que j’écoute ça. Non seulement c’est des catboys gais, mais en plus ils sont pédophiles, fétichistes et masochistes; ajoutez à ça des étudiantes de sixième année de primaire qui font 16 ans et des professeurs qui en font 17, des méchants adorables, aucune explication de what the fuck has been going on même rendu à l’épisode final. On termine la série et on est pas plus avancé dans le scénario. Woaw.

Après une fin de semaine d’acharnement, j’ai enfin implanté les miniatures (thumbnails) dans mon script de galerie. Ce bidule est pleinement testé, opérationnel, en démonstration dans ma galerie personnelle.

Il semble que la légende soit vraie: si on fait une plainte auprès du CRTC, on peut obtenir de Bell un point de démarcation moderne sans frais.

Recently, mother was trying to remember how to email photos from f-spot again. Although it is simple enough in essence, she keeps forgetting the procedure. No big deal, though. I made her try on her own for a while before giving hints/tips, so that she can concentrate and, likely, learn better. However, something grabbed my attention a few days ago. I saw that she was yet again looking wrongly into the Applications and Places (raccourcis) top menus. I asked, “did you notice there are two separate menus?”, and she had not.
